The Adventures of Flat Hicks
I’ve been in denial about that fact that I couldn’t make it to SXSW this year, but in my absence, Glenda has made sure that my svelte mini-me can. Now the little fella is having the time of his life attending the parties and panels, and I can try and live vicariously through him. He’s very well made, and is even laminated to stop naughty geeks drawing extra body parts on him – she thinks of everything!
If you couldn’t make it to Austin either, you can follow the little guy’s journey on Flickr. Please make sure he gets plenty of Mexican food and conversation, and he’ll be fine.

For all the “flattery” he’s gotten, he seems to be doing fine. He did seem a bit tipsy at the Frog Design opening party though. He got laid out flat by a cup bigger than his torso. Now that’s quite the drinker! :)
