The year of Wool

Why sheep hair should signify 7 years of marriage I’ll never know. It doesn’t matter of course, Happy Anniversary Leigh. I love you more than ever!
In some strange cosmic synchronicity, Samantha was born on the day we got engaged, July 2nd, and Daniel was born on the day we were married, April 18th (not literally you understand). So this is also a Happy Birthday to you Daniel, my little 2 year old cheeky monkey. Leigh has the real photos by the way…

Factorial seven and two? 5040 and 2? Added? Multiplied? 10080 or 5042? There must be some significance to this. Put us out of our misery!daveeee said 1220 days ago:
Congrats on the 7 years both of you, and a very Happy Birthday to Daniel!Sadly, I’ve nothing further to add to the 7 years marriage wool significance, apart from the fact that I have a woolen jumper on at the moment. Where for art thou Mr. Sun!

Perhap the traditional wool gifts are an olde-tyme etiquette writer’s idea of a joke… a physical representation of the term “7-Year Itch”? ;-)Alex Cabrera said 1220 days ago:
I love it how the British are so much more refined than us. You give each other wool on the 7th anniversary and we give each other the “itch” as in “the seven year itch”; usually this means that at least one of the spouses will cheat on the other by the end of the year.Go Freedom!

7 Years? The 7-year itch? Wool can be itchy, just a thought (it’s the only connection I was able to make). Not suggesting that you are ‘itchy’ though, John. I hope ewe have a great day (groan!)Martin Bekkelund said 1218 days ago:

Too much MTVish talk in the design community: pimp this or that – where are these fabricated words coming from – but anyway a good relationship can count for happiness – real love stands the test of time.Janny said 1209 days ago:
Its the first time I have seen birth synchronicity discussed … We have our own story. My birthday is 21 June. First child was born 6 days earlier. My husband’s birthday is 15 October and our son was born 6 days later. We noted and laughed… said if there was a 3rd child.. would have to be our wedding anniversary? But the twins missed. They arrived 3 hours too early!
